The Ibero-American Journal of Integrative Health (RISI) aims to disseminate studies that consider the complexity of the health-disease process, addressing biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors.

Amid the rise of chronic diseases and health inequalities, integrative approaches emerge as a scientific and ethical imperative, demanding methodological rigor and innovation. In this edition, RISI presents research on psychological interventions, complementary practices, hospital discharge strategies, and more, reflecting the breadth and relevance of Integrative Health.
