Submission Guidelines
RISI's editorial team prepared the Submission Checklist, a document that contains the step-by-step instructions for submitting a manuscript to the journal. We suggest that authors download it, before continuing reading this section, print it out and reserve it to use as a tool during the submission process. Below, we describe this process and present the rules for preparing a manuscript.
Once this is done, authors must make sure that their profile on the ORCID platform is up to date in order to submit to our journal. Then, they must register their login and password on the journal's website. In the Registration and Online Submissions section, authors must correctly fill out the profile and select the "AUTHOR" option. At this point, if you are interested in joining our bank of reviewers, authors can also check the "EVALUATOR" option.
Then, select the submission language based on the language in which the body of the text of the manuscript to be submitted is. Subsequently, select the section you want to submit it; Check the sequence requirements by selecting the checkboxes that appear with instructions and reminders. Write a comment to the editor, if you deem it necessary. Then, select the "Author" option and accept the copyright statement if you agree with the guidelines.
The author(s) should then add the files to be sent, making sure that the manuscript has followed the following instructions:

Dossier organization
The Ibero-American Journal of Integrative Health encourages the organization of special issues on specific topics in Health. The dossiers are editions organized by guests, researchers and professors. In the organization of the dossiers, they will be observed in terms of inter-institutional character and address themes of relevance to the distinct area specified to the Focus and Scope of the journal. The objective of the dossier is to broaden the academic debate, foster research exchanges and/or deepen training experiences in research and/or teaching with the national and international scientific community.
The evaluation of the dossier proposal takes place in two stages: First, the proponent(s) must send the dossier syllabus, with the name and institutional identification of the proponents (three, at most, and one of them with a doctoral degree), as well as with the titles of the papers, authors and institutional affiliation (Institution, department and graduate program). Authors must follow the guidelines for submission. The organizers will be responsible for sending the material.
